Coming from a police background and a life long interest in the supernatural, I have combined a genuine interest and real life experience. Fin O’Connell did not get off to the best start in life. He lost both parents when he was just nine. After struggling for years and finally finding a bit of normality. A chance encounter, a strange death and an odd disappearance throw his life back into turmoil.

He is drawn into a dark world he had always refused to accept. Quickly discovering just because there are things we do not understand, does not mean they do not exist. With the help of an unexpected mentor and a new ally. The now fifteen year old Fin must open his eyes to new possibilities and learn fast.

With the authorities either unwilling or unable to help and the body count rising. He finds he faces a race against time to stop a killer before someone else dies or could he be the next victim himself? Was that the killer’s plan all along? Only time will tell but time is something he is running out of.

FIN O'CONNELL
Fin lost his way after the death of his parents. He fought the world and everyone's battles whether they wanted him to or not. He hates bullies and injustice of any kind. Lashing out at everything and anyone that got in his way. Knowing he should but never walking away from fight.
He suddenly finds unexpected focus and that missing something that he has always been looking for. The fight he should be fighting. With it comes a new dangerous life, a curious life but one he must face. He is one of the very few people who can see what really lives in the dark and that is one fight he cannot walk away from.
